Salvage My Dream, moniker of British-born, Berlin-based songwriter Robin Fisher, lives in the space between reflection and fiction. Capturing memory loops, fragments of overheard conversation and intimate storytelling through raw, stream-of-consciousness lyrics, Fisher shares an inward-looking yet outwardly relatable world, filtered through DIY recording aesthetics, lo-fi indie nostalgia and dusty folk songs. Weaving together delicate guitars, tape fragments, sound collage and open-ended studio experimentation, Salvage My Dream blurs memory and invention against a backdrop of rural isolation and urban decay in post-industrial northern England.
